High
Vista Country Club is located within a gated golf
community located south of Asheville, just inside
Henderson County. The clubhouse sits on a
mountainside with spectacular 360 degree panoramic
views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Mills Knob, Caney
Mountain and the valleys below. The members value
this wonderful location on Chestnut Top Mountain,
about 15 minutes from both Asheville and
Hendersonville and only about five miles from the
Asheville Airport.
Improvements to the High Vista Country Club in
recent years include a new Sports Pub, a full
service Driving Range, and a new Community Park.
Club Members consider High Vista Country Club to be
a hidden jewel. On July 4th, residents and club
members enjoy not only the annual High Vista BBQ &
fireworks, but can see fireworks in the distance in
Asheville, Lake Julian, and other communities
sitting below this beautiful venue. It is easy to
see why people from all over the country, and the
world, besides lots of folks from Western North
Carolina love High Vista. |

High Vista Country Club is
just about halfway between Asheville and Hendersonville,
on Brevard Road (also called Old Haywood Road and
Hwy.191), only minutes from the Asheville Airport and
Interstate 26. From I-26, take exit #40 (Asheville
Airport) and turn towards the airport on Highway 280.
Follow 280 towards Mills River for a few miles and turn
right at Highway 191(Old Haywood Road). After turning
onto 191, the entrance to High Vista Country Club is
approximately 1.5 miles on the left.
